WIP Wednesday: Chonky Stripes

It's another WIP Wednesday! I'm currently working on a DRK Everyday Sweater, a pattern I've made before and really like, so I wanted to make another. I had some yarn left from my Weekender Crew, so decided to order the same type of yarn and do some stripes. I love the Sandnes Garn Duo, it's like wearing a sweatshirt. I've made some modifications, the largest is I'm going to pick up and knit the collar at the end since I wanted to tighten up the neckline from the pattern. After knitting a cabled sweater, I'm loving the meditative nature of stockinette and have enjoyed how much I don't have to think while knitting.
