WIP Wednesday

Inspired by Jen I’m going to try and talk more about my projects in process. This is especially fitting as I’ve been working on things for longer this year and taking my time, process over product. This is the Lauder Cardigan which I’ve been working on for about 6 weeks and all I’ve got left are the sleeves. This is my first all over cable cardigan and while I’m excited to have it and wear it, I’m not sure knitting cables, especially this many cables, is my favorite thing. Maybe once it’s done and I’m wearing it I’ll decide it was worth it.

Pattern: Lauder Cardigan by Rebecca Clow
Yarn: Marona by Ritual Dyes in Natural

A partially knit cable sweater in a classic cream color lays on a wood floor. The button bad is done, but there is only one sleeve partially done. Yarn tails hang out from various places, and the started sleeve has stitches on the needles.
