Pie cooling

Our Thanksgiving apple pie, cooling on the rack, the night before the holiday. I love making this pie.

A look down directly at an apple pie that is baked, it's crust from the sides is turned up leaving a hole in the middle, looking quite rustic. The apples in the center that are visible have cinnomon and sugar on them.
