January makes

I’ve been steadily sewing and knitting this year so far and in January I made a cardigan and a pair of linen pants. I think this may be the fastest I’ve ever made a sweater, to be honest, but it went so quickly. The pants are the Free Range Slacks and it was my first time working with 100% linen, but I think it worked out OK. I did make some adjustments, took an inch off the rise and added 1.5 inches to the length of the legs. These will be great for spring and work well if I roll up the cuffs. (Bonus? I made the socks last year and yes, the feet are a bit out of focus in this shot, but we did the best we could with a decent background and lighting for this one, my photographer is the best sport.)
