FO Friday: Lusk tee

I finished the Lusk Tee earlier this week and while it’s a bit too warm to wear it right now, it’s going to be a great transitional piece for me. I knit it in a cotton/linen blend (with a bit of viscose) and the gauge is quite loose so it feels light weight and as it’s worn it should relax and stretch a bit, since that’s what’s happened with this yarn before. I used up yarn leftover from a previous project and bought the green to be able to complete this. I’m still trying to figure out if I really like drop shoulder sweaters, the fit is different and I’m not sure I love it. I don’t love knitting them, it’s a lot more work at the beginning and I think I’ll be doing raglans for a bit as they’re easier to knit, fit me better, and I enjoy knitting the project more.

A woman stands in front of a door and window, with stone surrounding the window. She's wearing an olive green and cream striped sweater with three quarter sleeves, she's got blond curly hair, is wearing glasses that are a white plastic frame, and smiling. Her hands are in the pockets of her shorts.
