Postal

Another find from the library, Postal is a strange story, involving a small town where a sheriff and mayor rule the town completely and the mayor’s son, who has Asperger’s Syndrome, starts to wonder about some of the things happening. I read the first volume, found it intriguing, and will probably keep going.

This comic definitely falls into the category of me not being so sure I loved it, but the twist of the main character remembering details and trying to act for justice against his mother and the rest of the corrupt town in interesting. The second volume is already available, so I’ll probably give it a go, but it’s also quite dark and I’m having a hard time with reading too many dark things, so the second volume may sit for a while. (The world is enough right now, so I’m being careful about what I read right now.)
